Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms apply to every VPN subscription sold by Data Point Cloud ("we", "us"). By buying or using a subscription you agree to them.

1. The service

We provide access to VPN servers operated by us on rented cloud infrastructure. A subscription gives you a personal configuration key that lets a set number of devices connect for a fixed period, as stated on the plan you bought.

2. Who may buy

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence and must not be barred from receiving the service under any applicable law or sanctions programme.

3. Your key and your devices

Your configuration key is personal. Do not publish it, share it outside your household, or resell access. Each plan states how many devices may connect at the same time. If a key is shared beyond the plan limit we may reduce the connection limit or suspend the key.

You are responsible for keeping your key private and for everything done through your subscription.

4. Payment

Prices are shown on our website in Myanmar kyat (MMK) and are agreed before the subscription starts. Payment is arranged directly with us through the contact channels listed on our Contact page. Subscriptions are prepaid for the period you choose and do not renew automatically — you contact us again to extend.

5. Refunds

If the service does not work for you and we cannot fix it, tell us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund what you paid for that subscription period. After 7 days, or where a subscription has been suspended for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy, no refund is given.

We do not refund for slowness or outages caused by conditions outside our network — for example a local internet shutdown, throttling by your own ISP, or a fault in your device.

6. Acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. Breaking it may end your subscription immediately without refund.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a subscription if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if payment is reversed or fraudulent, or if we are required to do so by a provider or by law. Where we end a subscription for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused portion.

You may stop using the service at any time. Because subscriptions are prepaid, stopping early does not create a refund except as described in section 5.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Servers need maintenance, upstream providers have incidents, and internet conditions in Myanmar are outside our control. We will tell customers about planned maintenance where we can.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes apply to subscriptions bought after the change; for existing subscriptions they apply from your next renewal.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute.
