Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This policy explains exactly what we hold about you. It is written to be checked against what we actually do, not to sound reassuring.
1. Who we are
Data Point Cloud, an independent business registered in Hong Kong. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we never record
We keep no activity logs. Specifically, we do not record:
- the websites or apps you use
- your DNS lookups
- the IP addresses or servers you connect to through the VPN
- the contents of your traffic
- your originating IP address
We do not inspect traffic contents, and our web servers are configured not to write visitor access logs. Because we never write this information down, we cannot hand it over, sell it, or lose it in a breach.
3. What we do hold
To run and bill a subscription we keep a small account record:
- an account name or identifier you choose or we assign
- which plan you bought, when it started and when it expires
- a running total of data transferred in the current period, and the time of the most recent connection — these come from the VPN software and are needed to apply plan limits and to see whether a key still works
- the contact handle you used to reach us (for example a Telegram username, Facebook name, Viber number or email address)
- a reference for your payment
Data-transfer totals and last-connection times are counters, not a history: they tell us how much and when, never what or where.
4. Payment information
We do not take card payments on this website and we never see or store card numbers. Payment is arranged directly with us and settled through the method we agree with you. We keep only a reference so we can match a payment to a subscription.
5. This website
This website has no analytics, no advertising, no third-party cookies and no trackers of any kind. It sets no cookies for visitors. A cookie is used only when we sign in to our own admin area.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which acts as our content delivery and security provider and processes connection metadata (such as IP address) in order to deliver the page and block attacks. Cloudflare tells us only the two-letter country of a visitor, which the site uses to choose between Burmese and English.
6. Reviews you write
If you send a review through the website we store the name you typed, your email address, your star rating and your review text. Once we have checked it, the name, rating, text and month are published on the site. Your email address is not published and is never sent to the website — we keep it only so we can contact you if there is a problem with your review or your service.
Write only a name you are happy to see in public, and do not put personal details in the review text. Email us at any time to have your review edited or removed.
7. How long we keep things
We keep the account record while a subscription is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can restore an account if a customer comes back and to keep basic business records. Data-transfer counters reset with each billing period. You can ask us to delete your record earlier.
8. Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade customer information. We use third-party infrastructure providers to run the service — cloud server providers and Cloudflare — and they process traffic as part of delivering it.
If we receive a valid legal request we can only produce what we actually hold, which is the account record in section 3. It does not include browsing activity, because that does not exist.
9. Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within one business day. Deleting your record ends any active subscription.
10. Children
The service is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.
11. Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced on our Facebook page.
